Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]No response having been entered by the respondent, the claims for unfair dismissal, holiday pay and arrears of pay succeeds.[2]The remedy to which the claimant is entitled will be determined at the hearing already listed on 27 April 2021. The time estimate for the hearing will be reduced to three hours.[3]The claimant shall send to the Tribunal (2 copies) and the respondent (1 copy) no later than 20 April 2021 a statement setting out the remedy he seeks including a calculation of any sums he claims and details of efforts he has made to mitigate any loss. He shall also send copies of any supporting documents.
