JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was an employee of the first respondent at all material times.[2]The claimant is entitled to payments from the second respondent under Part XII Employment Rights Act 1996 (Insolvency of Employers) as follows:(a) arrears of wages for the last eight weeks of his employment, ending on 20 November 2022;(b) one week’s notice pay in full;(c) payment for his accrued but untaken holiday entitlement for the period 6 April to 20 November 2022, at 28 days per annum, allowing for 5 days’ holiday taken.[3]The amounts are to be assessed and paid by the second respondent.[4]The claimant’s claim against the first respondent is dismissed as out of time.
