Case Numbers: 2302134/2020[2]The claimant provided a witness statement, a detailed calculation of her claim and a substantial amount of supporting documentation to establish the hours worked by her and the value of her claims.[3]Her main claim is for payment of the National Minimum Wage for the hours she worked and is being addressed elsewhere. The sum sought and awarded as an unlawful deduction in these proceedings is the difference between her NMW claim and her contractual salary of £4024.00.
