The complaint of unfair dismissal is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 09/07/2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the complaint of unfair dismissal should not be struck out because it has no reasonable prospect of success on the basis that the claimant was employed for less than two years.[2]The claimant accepted in an email dated 28/01/2022 that she was employed for less than two years and her unfair dismissal claim is invalid. The complaint of unfair dismissal is therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claim (in respect of arrears of pay) remains listed for hearing on 11/04/2022.
