The Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013 - Rule 21[1]The claim was issued on 22 June 2022 in the London South Employment Tribunals.[2]The Respondent has failed to present a valid response to the claim on time.[3]Judge M Aspinall (sitting as an Employment Judge) has decided that it is possible and fair to make a decision on the claim (or part of it) in accordance with Rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[4]It is declared that the Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the wages properly due to the Claimant and must pay the Claimant the sum of £202.50 gross.[5]The Respondent must pay the Claimant a total of £202.50 forthwith.[6]The hearing listed on 8 December 2022 is cancelled.
