[1]The correct respondent was agreed to be the individual members of The 77 Club.[2]The claimant was not an employee of the respondents.[3]The tribunal therefore did not have jurisdiction to consider the complaints of unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal.[4]Those complaints are dismissed.[5]The claimant’s claim that (if she was a worker) she should have been paid during her suspension was not well-founded and is dismissed.
