The Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £3,675.[2]The Respondent has breached the Claimant’s contract of employment by failing to give notice. The Respondent is ordered to compensate the Claimant in the sum of £3,675.[3]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the Claimant £220.50.[4]The Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages (overtime and pension) and is ordered to pay the Claimant £277.48.
