Mrs M Sandhu v Department for Work and Pensions: 2302036/2023
JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was not disabled by reason of anxiety and depression at the relevant time. She has no standing to bring her claim for alleged failure to make reasonable adjustments and so that claim is dismissed.[2]The claimant’s communication of 9 August 2022 and grievance of 30 August 2022 were not acts protected by s27(2)(d) Equality Act 2010. The alleged negative treatment complained of cannot therefore form part of a victimisation claim. That claim is also dismissed.[3]None of the claimant’s claims survive this unanimous judgment.
