JUDGMENT
[1]At material times Kent Conservatory Company Limited, the Third Respondent, was the Claimant’s employer. The First, Second and Fourth Respondents are dismissed from these proceedings.[2]The Claimant is entitled to receive from the Third Respondent a statutory redundancy payment in the sum of £2,515.50.[3]The Third Respondent breached the Claimant’s contract of employment by failing to give the full period notice required by section 86 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 or make a payment in lieu. The Third Respondent is ordered to compensate the Claimant by payment in the sum of £989.84 gross.[4]The Claimant’s claim for holiday pay is dismissed.[5]The Claimant’s claim that the Third Respondent made unlawful deductions from her wages (arrears of pay) is dismissed upon withdrawal.
