The Judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant is entitled to an award of £580 net against the respondent in respect of unpaid wages.REASONS
[1]The Tribunal identified that the Antipodea Restaurant was not a legal entity and was informed that the claimant had applied to amend the claim so as to run against STR 48 Limited. The Tribunal granted the application.[2]The claimant was employed by the respondent from 22 December 2022 until 20 February 2023.He was not paid his wages. He produced documents supporting his claim.[3]The respondent did not return an ET3. 2 The claimant is entitled to wages for the period of his employment.
