JUDGMENT

[1]Upon the Claimants confirming that they wish to withdraw their claims of age discrimination, these claims are hereby dismissed upon withdrawal. JUDGMENT

REASONS

[1]By correspondence dated 15 November 2022, the Tribunal gave the Claimants an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claims should not be struck out because they have not been actively pursued.[2]The Claimants failed to make representations in writing, and failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claims are therefore struck out.
