JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages by not paying him for 55.88 hours worked between 13 and 19 March 2023 and 22.2 hours worked between 20 and 26 March 2023. The Claimant’s hourly rate was £13 p/h. Accordingly the Respondent must pay him the sum of £746.44 + £288.60 = £1,035.04.[2]The Respondent failed to pay the Claimant for accrued holiday upon the termination of his employment. It must pay him the sum of £1,235.00.[3]The claim for a statutory redundancy payment fails. The Claimant did not have two years qualifying service.
