The Judgment of the Employment Tribunal is as follows:[1]The complaints of unfair dismissal and entitlement to a redundancy payment are dismissed for want of sufficient period of qualifying employment;[2]The complaints of damages for breach of contract in respect of notice pay and unauthorised deduction from wages in respect of accrued holiday pay are dismissed on withdrawal;[3]The complaints of entitlement to damages for breach of contract and/or unauthorised deductions from wages in respect of unpaid commission and unpaid car mileage allowance are unfounded and are dismissed.
