JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaints of direct discrimination, indirect discrimination and harassment on grounds of religion or belief contrary to sections 13, 19 and 26 Equality Act 2010 are dismissed.[2]The claimant’s complaint of automatically unfair dismissal on grounds of raising health and safety concerns contrary to section 100 Employment Rights Act 1996 is dismissed.[3]The claimant’s complaint of suffering a detriment in the course of his employment on grounds that he had made a protected disclosure contrary to section 47B Employment Rights Act 1996 is dismissed.[4]There was no unlawful deduction from wages.
