[1]The claim for £425.13 in unpaid wages succeeds.REASONS
[1]The Claimant claims £425.13 in unpaid wages and I accepted his evidence that this was owed. I showed him his resignation letter, which was attached to the ET3 and in which he stated that he had no claim over any of the Respondent’s assets. I accepted his explanation that this referred to his shares in the company.[2]The Respondent company being insolvent (dissolved 23.2.20), the Claimant will need to apply to the Secretary of State to recover the sum owed.
