JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was provided with one month’s notice of dismissal on 9 February 2021 . The Claimant’s employment terminated on 10 March 2021.[2]The notice provided to the Claimant was not in breach of contract.[3]The Claimant’s claim for wrongful dismissal in respect of any period of claim beyond 10 March 2021 is not well founded and is dismissed.[4]The Claimant’s claim for breach of contract in respect of employer pension contributions is well founded.[5]The Claimant’s claim for breach of contract in relation to the calculation of notice pay, and accrued but untaken annual leave entitlement at the date of termination 10 March 2021 is well founded. REMEDY JUDGMENT[1]The Claimant is entitled to the sum of £572.66 as damages for breach of contract in relation to the calculation of the Claimant’s notice pay and accrued but untaken annual leave at termination.[2]The Claimant is entitled to the sum of £979.71 as damages for breach of contract in respect of employer pension contributions.[3]The Claimant is entitled to interest on 1 and 2 above, at the rate of 8% per annum.
