JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s application to amend the claim by adding a claim for breach of contract is granted.[2]The Claimant’s application to extend time limits is granted in respect of each claim.[3]The claim for breach of contract is well-founded. The Respondent was in breach of contract by failing to make pension contributions in respect of the Claimant. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £650 in damages for breach of contract.[4]The claim for unauthorised deduction of wages is well-founded. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £515 (net). This is the total of £375 (net) in respect of unpaid wages and £140 (net) in respect of holiday accrued but not taken or paid on termination of employment.[5]The claim for failure to provide itemised pay statements is well-founded. The Respondent failed to give to the Claimant itemised pay statements in accordance with section 8 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.
