Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Claimant’s claims for notice pay, unpaid holiday, unpaid wages, failure to provide wage slips and failure to provide a written statement of particulars of employment are well founded and succeed and the Respondent is therefore ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £5,798.23 (which includes a 25% uplift of £1,159.65 for failing to comply with the ACAS code on disciplinary and grievance procedures).[2]The Claimant is responsible for payment of tax and national insurance due on this sum, if any. ………………………………………………
