There has been no contact from the claimant to either the Tribunal or the respondent following that notification. 3. It is apparent that the claimant is not actively pursuing his claim and accordingly it is struck out. The hearing due to commence on 29 August 2023 is vacated.

REASONS

[1]A preliminary hearing was held in this matter on 16 November 2021. The claimant was notified of that hearing but failed to attend without prior explanation. A copy of the orders made at that hearing were sent to the claimant on 29 November 2021. Those orders required the claimant to write to the Tribunal and the respondent by 14 December 2021 with specified information.
