JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages of the first claimant (Mrs A Qureshi) is well-founded. The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the wages of the first claimant in the period November to December 2023.[2]The respondent shall pay the first claimant £408, which is the gross sum deducted. The first claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance.[3]The second claimant (Mrs S Qureshi) has today withdrawn her claim because the respondent has paid the amount due to her since she began her claim.
