Harassment[2]The complaint of harassment related to age arising from comments made by the pharmacist on 3 November 2024 is well-founded and succeeds.[3]The remaining complaints of harassment related to age are not well-founded and are dismissed. Remedy[4]The respondent shall pay the claimant the sum of £2,000 as agreed compensation.
