JUDGMENT
[1]A number of claims of direct discrimination are struck out on the grounds that they have no reasonable prospect of success; 2. one of the wages claims is struck out on the grounds that the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider it; 3. the claims that are to proceed are the subject of case management directions, as set out in a separate document; 4. a deposit order has been made in respect of one of the claims; 5. the claims of discrimination on the grounds of religion or belief, and sex, are dismissed upon withdrawal by the Claimant.
