[1]By a letter dated 10 October 2018 the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because The claim has not been actively pursued.[2]The Claimant has failed to notify the Tribunal whether or not he has applied to have the Respondent company restored as per the Tribunal’s letter of 23 August 2017 and there has been no contact from the Claimant since, despite chasing letters. The claims are therefore struck out.
