The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]On 17 January 2022 the Tribunal wrote to the claimant informing him that the respondent company is in administration and that the proceedings could not be continued without the consent of the administrator. The proceedings were stayed and the claimant advised to decide whether to ask the administrator for consent or to apply to the Court for the same.[2]On 1 September 2022 the Tribunal wrote again to the claimant stating that he had not told the Tribunal if he had obtained the necessary consent and that it was proposed to strike out the claim because it had not been actively pursued. The claimant was given an opportunity to give reasons why that should not be done within 14 days.[3]No reply has been received from the claimant.[4]It is apparent that the claimant is not actively pursuing his claim and accordingly it is struck out.
