JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from wages by failing to pay the Claimant for days worked between 1-12 April 2021 and is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £424.44, being the total net sum which was deducted.[2]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages by failing to pay the Claimant in lieu of accrued but untaken annual leave on termination of employment and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £188.64, being the total net sum owed.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant additional compensation of £576.92 pursuant to section 38 Employment Act 2002 for failure to provide the Claimant with a written statement of employment particulars.
