JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of automatic unfair dismissal fails.[2]The respondent breached the claimant’s contract by failing to pay his wages in full in July 2017, September 2017 and October 2017.[3]The respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £1.948.75 in respect of this breach of contract.[4]By consent the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £59.40 in respect of annual leave.[5]The award shall be increased by the higher amount under s38 Employment Act 2002, being £522.44.[6]The total payable by the respondent to the claimant under this judgment is £2,530.59.
