It is the unanimous Judgment of the Employment Tribunal that:(a) The claim of automatic unfair dismissal brought pursuant to s.99 ERA 1996 fails and is dismissed.(b) The claim of pregnancy discrimination brought pursuant to s.18 EQA 2010 fails and is dismissed.(c) The claim for the failure to provide a written statement contrary to s.1 ERA is well founded and succeeds. The Claimant is awarded £998.00 compensation.(d) The claim of wrongful dismissal is well founded and succeeds.
