JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant is entitled to net awards as follows: Notice pay £1550.40 Redundancy pay £1614.00 Total award £3164.40REASONS
[1]The claimant claimed the sums set out in a schedule of loss. She also provided supporting documentation. These are the sums awarded. The schedule also included a calculation of loss for unfair dismissal, however, unfair dismissal was not claimed and compensation on that basis was not awarded. Case Numbers: 2301731/2020[2]The respondent did not return an ET3. Mr Khan explained that he had returned the ET3. It appears that the time for lodging the ET3 had passed and the respondent was invited to complete an ET3 and explain why the response was late. The Tribunal has no record of it having done so. The Tribunal proceeded on the basis that the ET3 had not been accepted and the defence, that he disputed that the claimant was employed by the respondent, would not be heard. Mr Khan did not dispute the figures for notice pay and redundancy pay claimed by the claimant. ......................................................... I D Truscott QC
