[1]The Claimants claims for holiday pay are dismissed on withdrawal.[2]The Claimants claim for breach of contract are dismissed.[3]The First Claimant’s claim for failing to provide written reasons for dismissal under Section 92 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded and is awarded the sum of £525.[4]The Second Claimant’s claim under section 92 Employment Rights Act is not well founded and is dismissed.[5]The First Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is well found and is awarded the sum of £8762.[6]The Second Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is well founded and is awarded the sum of £4250. For the avoidance of doubts the sums above are not subject to recoupment.
