JUDGMENT
[1]Case Numbers 2300896/2020 and 2301150/2020 are dismissed on the basis that they were presented out of time and the tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear them.[2]With regard to Case Number 2301668/2019:2.1 The Claimant’s claims for unfair dismissal within the meaning of sections 98 and 104 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and for victimisation within the meaning of section 27 of the Equality Act 2010 are struck out on the basis that they have no reasonable prospect of success.2.2 In so far as the Claimant also intended to raise claims for harassment related to religion or belief and for unfair dismissal within the meaning of section 103A of the Employment Rights Act 1996, those claims are withdrawn.2.3 There are no remaining live claims.
