Pursuant to Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules 2013, the judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]the Claimant’s claims succeed and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the following sums following termination of the Claimant’s employment in March 2022:(i) the gross sum of £2,923.08 in respect of notice pay;(ii) the gross sum of £1,211.12 in respect of unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages in February 2022;(iii) the gross sum of £817.51 in respect of holiday accrued but not taken on termination of employment.
