JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was an employee of the Respondent from 7 December 2016.[2]The Claimant’s complaint that she was unfairly dismissed is well-founded and she is awarded £3,650 in compensation.[3]The Claimant’s complaint that she is entitled to a redundancy payment is wellfounded and she is awarded £1,817.33 in compensation.[4]The Claimant’s compliant that he was due unpaid holiday pay upon termination is well-founded and she is awarded £242.16 in compensation.[5]The Claimant’s claim that she was due unpaid wages on account of the Respondent’s failure to pay the National Minimum Wage is not well-founded and is dismissed.[6]The total sum payable under this Judgment is £5709.49.[7]Upon the information given the recoupment provisions do not apply.
