JUDGMENT

[2]The remedy hearing will go ahead on 25 March 2020 at 10.00 with a time estimate of half a day.[3]To prepare for that hearing, Mr Larbi is to draw up a list of all the relevant documents in his possession or control, and provide that list and copies of each document to the respondent on or before 4pm on 14 February 2020[4]That must include evidence of his attempts to find alternative employment, including bank statements, job centre records, adverts applied to, correspondence with agencies or prospective employers, evidence of attempts to set up in selfemployment, pay slips from any new employer and the terms and conditions of any new employment.[1]The claimant is awarded the total of £11,420 as follows:a.
