Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross/net sum of £672.00.[2]The respondent acted in breach of contract to the detriment of the claimant and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £2,000.00.[3]The claim for damages or injury to feelings, stress and emotional harm is dismissed as the Tribunal lacks jurisdiction to make such an award.[4]The claimant’s application for a costs order is dismissed as none of the circumstances in Rule 76 apply.[5]The hearing listed on 8 March 2021 is cancelled.
