[1]The claim is struck out entirely.REASONS
[2]By a letter dated 12 July 2023, the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations - or to request a Hearing - setting out why this claim should not be struck out because he has not actively pursued it. In particular, he has not complied with the Tribunal’s Orders of 24 April 2023 and has failed to produce any information as ordered, or to communicate at all with either the Respondent or the Tribunal.[3]The Claimant has not made any representations, in writing or otherwise, and has not requested a Hearing. The Claim is therefore struck out.[4]The Hearing scheduled for 25 October 2023 is vacated and will not take place.
