[1]The correct name of the Respondent is Michael Shane Croner and the title to the proceedings is amended accordingly.[2]The claim for unlawful deduction of wages succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant outstanding wages in the sum of £6,669.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant an additional sum of 4 weeks’ pay, totalling £2052, for failure to provide him with a statement of employment particulars pursuant to section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[4]The Respondent is to pay the Claimant the total sum of £8,721.
