JUDGMENT
Having formally consolidated this claim with the following claims: Ms K. Sullivan – Case Numbers: 2301573/2023 & 2301579/2023 Ms T.P. Seddon – Case Numbers: 2301577/2023 & 2301575/2023 Ms M.C. Otero Santiago – Case Numbers 2301574/2023 & 2301578/2023 And having directed that the names of the two respondents be amended so that the first respondent is now London Borough of Croydon, and the second respondent is Management Committee of Saffron Valley Collegiate, And having dismissed all claims by all three claimants (including Ms Seddon) against Jennifer Adamson who was wrongly named as a respondent to these claims,(1) The claim against the first and second respondents (Case No. 2301577/2023), having been withdrawn by the claimant, is dismissed under rule 52 of the Rules contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.(2) The complaint under section 10 of the Employment Relations Act 1999 (in Case No. 2301575/2013), having been withdrawn by the claimant, is dismissed under rule 52 of the Rules contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.
