JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of unfair dismissal is struck-out as having no reasonable prospects of success. This is because the claimant did not have at least 2 years’ continuous service prior to his dismissal and no potentially automatically unfair reason for dismissal has been identified, so the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear this complaint.[2]All of the claimant’s other complaints are struck-out as having no reasonable prospects of success. This is because none of the other complaints identified in the claim form, as clarified in the claimant’s letters of 24 June 2024 and 22 July 2024 and orally today, are recognisable legal claims that fall within this Tribunal’s jurisdiction.
