JUDGMENT
Having formally consolidated these two claims with the following claims: Ms K. Sullivan – Case Numbers: 2301573/2023 & 2301579/2023 Ms T.P. Seddon – Case Numbers: 2301575/2023 & 2301577/2023 And having directed that the names of the two respondents be amended so that the first respondent is now London Borough of Croydon, and the second respondent is Management Committee of Saffron Valley Collegiate, And having dismissed all claims by all three claimants (including Ms Otero Santiago) against Jennifer Adamson who was wrongly named as a respondent to these claims, The claims against the first and second respondents, having been withdrawn by the claimant, are dismissed under rule 52 of the Rules contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.
