Having considered the Claimant’s application and the Respondent’s comments in response, I find that the reasons given for the Claimant’s continuous failure to comply with the tribunal’s orders are not compelling and do not disclose any arguable basis for a reconsideration of the judgment in the interests of justice. On that basis, there are no reasonable prospects of the original decision being varied or revoked.
