By consent of both parties, the judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The claimant’s claims against the first respondent are dismissed.[2]The claimant is due a statutory redundancy payment. The second respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £3,750.00.[3]The second respondent made a deduction from the claimant’s wages. The second respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £2166.66.[4]The claimant is entitled to pay in lieu of holiday pay. The second respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £400.00. The second respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £4500.00.
