Terms having been agreed between the parties and with their consent, the tribunal makes the following orders:[1]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant within 14 days of the date of this Judgment the net sums of £1,209.70 in respect of notice pay and £241.96 in respect of holiday pay, ie a total net sum of £1,451.66.[2]The Respondent shall indemnify the Claimant in respect of any tax liability arising in respect of the above payments.[3]The Claimant’s claim and the Respondent’s counter-claim are otherwise dismissed on withdrawal.
