The parties having agreed terms of settlement, the claim will be dismissed upon withdrawal by the Claimant 21 days from today, unless the Claimant contacts the Tribunal (by email) to request that it is relisted for hearing. She may only do so if the Respondent fails to pay the agreed sum by the agreed date.REASONS
[1]This case was listed for hearing today. The hearing was, as with every other hearing, cancelled by reason of the Corvid 19 pandemic, and converted into a case management hearing, by telephone.[2]During that hearing the parties engaged in constructive discussion, and terms of settlement were agreed: the payment of £704 to the Claimant (this being one half of her claim) within 14 days.
