Pursuant to Rule 47 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 the Claim is dismissed.REASONS
The claim was listed for an open preliminary hearing today at 10.00 a.m. The Claimant did not attend at the hearing nor had the Tribunal received any communication from her. A call made by a member of the Tribunal staff, to seek to establish if she was running late or any other reason for her non attendance, went straight through to voicemail. The Respondent reported that emails sent to the Claimant on 10th and 29th August 2017 had been unanswered. Accordingly the claim is dismissed.
