JUDGMENT
[1]It was not reasonably practicable for the complaint of unfair dismissal to be submitted in time and the claimant submitted it within such further period as I consider reasonable.[2]The tribunal therefore has jurisdiction to consider the unfair dismissal complaint.[3]It is just and equitable to extend time in respect of the claims of age and race discrimination.[4]All of the claimant’s complaints can proceed.
