JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages and is ordered to compensate her in the sum of £1,265.75, net of any deductions.[2]The Claimant’s claim alleging unpaid accrued holiday pay is not well founded and is dismissed.[3]The Claimant does not have two years continuous service and the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear her claim alleging unfair dismissal. It is struck out pursuant to Rule 37 Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013.REASONS
