The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 12 September 2017, the respondent wrote to the Claimant with a copy to the Tribunal, to state that the Claimant had failed to comply with an order that she provide to themselves with a copy to the Tribunal, her schedule of loss (which was due on the 29 August 2017). The Tribunal also wrote to the Claimant on the 30 August 2017 asking to receive her schedule of loss and no reply was forthcoming.[2]The respondent the wrote to the Tribunal, with a copy to the Claimant on the 20 September 2017 stating that the Claimant failed to provide a list of documents, which was due on the 18 September 2017. The Claimant has failed to reply and there has been no compliance with the orders made at the preliminary hearing held before me on the 14 August 2017. the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been unreasonable; the Claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 14 August 2017. it has not been actively pursued.[3]The Claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
