[1]The First Respondent’s name is amended to “Staxoweb Ltd (in dissolution)” to reflect its current status.[2]The previous stay of this claim is lifted.[3]The claim of Wrongful Dismissal relating to a breach of contract for the failure to pay notice pay is successful and the First Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £3829.[4]The claim of Unauthorised Deduction of Wages relating to the retention of £500 does not succeed and is dismissed.[5]The claim for holiday pay does not succeed and is dismissed.[6]The claims for race and religious discrimination do not succeed and are dismissed.[7]The claims against the Second Respondent are dismissed because any liability was discharged by bankruptcy. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 February Case No: 2301424/2021
