JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s claims for automatic unfair dismissal for making a protected disclosure (s. 103A Employment Rights Act 1996) and detriment on the ground of making a protected disclosure (s. 47B Employment Rights Act 1996) fail and are dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday pay is dismissed upon withdrawal by the Claimant.[3]The Claimant’s claim for wrongful dismissal (failure to pay notice pay) succeeds.[4]In respect of the claim for wrongful dismissal, the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the gross sum (from which any income tax or national insurance payable will fall to be deducted) of £663.46, equating to one week’s pay.
