JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s claims of a failure to make a reasonable adjustment and discrimination arising from disability are successful;[2]The Claimant’s claim of indirect discrimination is unsuccessful;[3]The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £16,800 comprising £12,500 £12,000 injury to feelings, £3,000 uplift for failing to comply with the ACAS Code on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures and £1,800 interest;[4]The Tribunal makes the recommendation that the Claimant be permitted to work on sign-only test routes with effect from 19 August 2019;[5]Both parties confirmed that they will not make any application for costs;[6]Written reasons were requested by the parties and will be provided as soon as practicable.
